How much does an additional location cost, and does the discount apply to all?
Pricing is €149 excl. VAT/location/month. The network discount applies to all sites once the tier is reached, calculated in the table above.

Frequently asked questions
How many spaces count as a network?
From two spaces up: network features and discounts apply.
Can a member access multiple spaces?
Yes, depending on the plan: a single space, selected spaces, or the whole network, on the same terms or with an extra fee set by you. Exceptions can be set company by company.
How is the network discount calculated?
It applies to all your spaces once the threshold is reached: −5 % dès 2 espaces, −10 % dès 10, −20 % dès 20.
My spaces are separate entities: is that a problem?
No. Each space connects its accounting software, Stripe account, and direct debit: each company invoices and collects independently.
Is Kwezi suitable for a coworking franchise?
Yes, for franchised networks: franchisees bill under their own entity, teams see only their spaces, and headquarters views the network overall. Royalty calculations aren't automated but done via data export.
Can we add a space mid-subscription?
Yes. We add it to your account, incorporate it into your subscription, and recalculate the network discount across all your spaces.
