Full data export, whenever you want
From the Manager, one click prepares a full archive of your network: every table in JSON and CSV (opens directly in Excel), photos, logos, documents, and PDF contracts, alongside user instructions. Your passwords and integration keys are never included.

Included API
A read-only API connects Kwezi to your spreadsheet, CRM, or management tools: spaces, companies, members, plans, subscriptions, bookings, contracts, invoices, and events. Generate keys in the Manager and revoke them in a click. Included in your plan, up to 1,000 requests per hour.

Leaving is simple
Kwezi requires no commitment. Your subscription ends at the close of the month following your request: if requested on October 15, it terminates on November 30, your final billed month. In the meantime, you maintain full access and receive a complete data export.

Then erased data, complete with proof
Fifteen days after access ends, we delete your database, files, website, and backups, then issue a certificate of deletion. Kwezi only retains records proving our relationship: your name, key dates, and invoices issued to you.

Can I export my data?

No. Read-only API access is included in the plan, up to 1,000 calls per hour per key.
How does offboarding work?
Your subscription ends at the end of the month following your request. You retain full access during this period, and we provide a full export. 15 days later, we delete your data and send you a certificate.
What about my invoices?
They remain in your accounting software (e.g. Pennylane): the export provides the reference numbers, while PDFs stay hosted there.
