How much does the Website option cost?
€79 excl. VAT/month with 30 AI credits per month, or €99 excl. VAT with 60 credits. One-time setup fee: €490 excl. VAT for one space, €990 excl. VAT for a network.
I already have a website: can Kwezi show on it?
Yes. Kwezi widgets (plans and pricing, bookings, public events) can be added to your current website. They are included in your plan.
What happens when monthly AI credits run out?
You can buy a credit pack with no expiration date, or simply wait for the next month.
Do website analytics require a cookie banner?
No. Analytics set no cookies and retain no IP addresses: visitors are only recognized on the same day. Exempt from CNIL consent requirements, it is automatically detailed in your site's privacy policy.
What does the site assistant do, and what does it cost?
It answers visitors using only your site's content and directs them to your contact form when the answer isn't there. Set its greeting, tone, and suggested questions from the Manager, and review conversations. Optional add-on for €9/month excl. VAT.
