About us

Coworking and web specialists behind your software.

Before becoming a software platform, Kwezi was the daily working tool at BigFive Coworking in Bordeaux. We built it for our own venue before making it available to managers who share the same needs.

Built inside a coworking space

We built Kwezi inside a coworking space: our own. We know what it's like to unlock doors at 8 a.m., handle double bookings, issue invoices on the first of the month, chase pending contract signatures, and send access codes before a client arrives. We also know that no software can bring a space to life for you.

A coworking space doesn't run itself. It's a real business with its own decisions, members, and surprises. Kwezi doesn't decide for you: it simplifies complex workflows, handles recurring daily and monthly tasks, and gives you a clear view of where you stand. The decisions, community relationships, and warm welcome remain entirely in your hands.

We believe that

  • your coworking space should carry your brand, not ours. Your members see your brand, colors, and domain. Kwezi stays backstage.
  • managers deserve tools built by managers, battle-tested daily in a real space, with real members.
  • everything essential belongs in one place: bookings, memberships, contracts, invoicing, access, community.
  • every location matters, whether you run one or ten.
  • saved time belongs to your community, not to a spreadsheet.

Who is behind Kwezi

Behind Kwezi is Maxime Baqué. He founded Offensive in 2008, an agency designing custom websites and digital tools, then BigFive Coworking in 2019, a coworking space in Bordeaux.

Kwezi was born from this dual expertise. To run BigFive, Maxime needed a tool to handle bookings, subscriptions, contracts, invoices, and access control without juggling multiple software platforms. Finding none that fit, he built it with the Offensive team and tested it daily with real members.

This is also what makes Kwezi the right partner to create your website. Since 2008, Offensive has been designing, hosting, and managing websites for clients, notably through Rhiino, its brand dedicated to small businesses and freelancers; since 2019, BigFive fills its rooms thanks to its own site. When we create your coworking website, we know both how to build it and how to make it generate results.

Today, Kwezi is available to other space managers. It maintains the same high standard: serving the daily operational needs of a venue, because the people developing it run one themselves.
