Who uses the Manager?
Your team: management, Office Managers, and the accountant each have their own role and permissions. As for your members, they use the App.
Can I import data from my current tool?
Yes. Importing your clients, plans, and bookings is included in the onboarding process.
Do I need to install any software?
No. The Manager runs directly in your browser, on desktop as well as tablet.
Do you have to pay to use AI?
Each AI generation costs 1 credit. 20 free credits are included upon setup, and you can buy packs directly in Manager whenever you need. The help assistant is completely free.
How is access to the Manager secured?
Every account logs in with a password and an authenticator app code, without exception: management, Office Managers, and accountant. Management sets session duration (1, 7, 30, or 90 days) and resets access if a team member changes phone.
