What is Kwezi?
Kwezi is a white-label coworking management software created by the Offensive agency in Bordeaux. It combines a Manager platform for your team and a custom-branded App for members, handling bookings, subscriptions, contracts, invoices, and access control.
What does "white-label" mean?
Your members see your name, logo, colors, and address, never Kwezi. The member App, the Manager dashboard, and all sent emails display your branding.
Does Kwezi issue invoices?
No. Kwezi prepares invoices and quotes in your connected accounting software, Pennylane by default. Your invoices remain part of your accounting system.
Can you manage multiple locations?
Yes. A single account manages all your spaces, with shared plans, site-specific pricing, an Office Manager per location, a read-only Accountant role, and an executive dashboard for management.
Which payment methods can my members use?
Credit cards and pre-authorization via Stripe, plus SEPA direct debit via GoCardless, depending on the selected plan.
Does Kwezi manage door access?
Yes. Kwezi integrates with Welcomr and Salto KS, automatically granting access rights based on each member's subscription.
